This delightful four-tiered deviled egg tower makes a lovely centerpiece at any gathering. It holds 57 deviled egg halves. I have glazed the tower in an ombrë effect from white, to yellow, to green, to aqua from top to bottom layers. In between each layer is an attached pedestal with the glazes overlapping from the adjoining tiers. The attached ridged feet provide visual lift and a pedestal for easy passing.
A small bowl tops off the tower. It could hold more egg filling, a dipping sauce, or anything you wish to accompany your deviled eggs.
